Sublinur Life APP Terms of Service

2. Service Description

Sublinur Life APP provides the following services to users:

• Geographic location guides
• Islamic Audio playback
• Playlist management
• Offline functionality support
• Community communication platform
• Data synchronization and backup
• Other related tools and utility features

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information
• You are responsible for protecting the security of your account password

3.2 Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for all activities that occur through your account
• Please notify us immediately if you discover unauthorized use of your account
• We are not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account

3.3 Age Restrictions

• Users under 13 years of age require parental or guardian consent to use the Services
• We reserve the right to verify user age

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 You Agree Not To:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Post hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
• Post obscene, pornographic, or inappropriate content
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Services
• Gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts

4.2 Platform Content Standards

• Posted content should comply with applicable laws and regulations
• Respect users of different cultures and backgrounds
• Ensure discussions remain respectful and constructive

4.3 User Content Moderation, Reporting, and Enforcement

• We do not tolerate obscene or pornographic material, hate, harassment, bullying, threats, violence, fraud, infringement, or other unlawful or objectionable content or conduct
• Users may report suspected violating content or users through the in-app reporting feature or contact us at the email address listed in these Terms
• We will review reports and take timely and appropriate action, which may include limiting visibility, removing content, issuing warnings, restricting features, or suspending or terminating offending accounts
• We may use human or technical measures to filter, restrict, or remove objectionable content, but cannot guarantee that all violations will be identified before publication
• Users must not misuse the reporting feature, submit malicious reports, or use reporting to harass others

5. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information and forms part of these Terms. We process personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Rights

• By using the Services, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, modify, and display your content

7.1 Apple Platform

If you obtain the App through the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) also governs your license to use the App software to the extent applicable. These Terms are between you and DARKBEACON H.K LIMITED, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for operating, maintaining, or supporting the Services. These Terms do not replace or limit the Apple Standard EULA or other applicable terms between you and Apple.

8. Fees and Purchases

The App currently does not offer auto-renewing subscriptions. If we offer paid features, in-app purchases, or subscriptions in the future, we will clearly disclose the price, billing period, auto-renewal terms, cancellation method, and other material conditions before purchase, and will comply with applicable app-store rules and laws. Purchases and refunds processed by Apple are handled by Apple under its applicable terms.

9. Service Modification and Termination

9.1 Service Modification

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Services (temporarily or permanently) at any time
• We will make efforts to notify you in advance of material changes

9.2 Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms
• Upon termination, your right to access the Services ceases immediately

10. Disclaimer

10.1 Services Provided "As Is"

• We do not guarantee that the Services will be completely error-free or uninterrupted
• We do not guarantee absolute accuracy of location information
• Users should verify location information using other methods

10.2 Feature Notes

• Direction and positioning results are for reference only
• Audio playback functionality depends on audio file validity and network conditions
• Offline functionality only supports previously downloaded content

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability does not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months
• Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and fees (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Dispute Resolution

Without limiting any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection laws where you live, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
